By accessing or using Business Bondhu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Business Bondhu is an AI-powered social media automation platform that connects to your Facebook Pages to automatically respond to customer messages and comments. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate replies on your behalf based on your business context and preferences.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Facebook Integration

By connecting your Facebook Page to the Service, you:

• Authorize us to access and manage messages and comments on your connected Pages.
• Acknowledge that AI-generated responses are sent on your behalf and you are responsible for their content.
• Agree to comply with Meta's (Facebook's) Platform Terms and Community Standards.
• Can revoke access at any time through our dashboard or Facebook settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Configure the AI to generate misleading, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer any aspect of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

6. Subscription & Billing

• The Service offers subscription plans with monthly message limits.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, and you are ultimately responsible for the content sent from your Pages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your data upon account termination.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Business Bondhu and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide through the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
